Before an order is confirmed, we review the assortment or subscription, check the ingredient and allergen summary, and agree on the order details. A written confirmation is then shared so collection or delivery details are clear before baking begins.

Orders are prepared in small batches, and same-day stock is subject to daily availability. For preorder items, the reservation cutoff is 18 hours before collection, and final acceptance depends on production capacity and the required materials being available.
